Vinification: All components fermented separately in old French oak barrels. Wine kept on the lees for 5 months before blending. No enzymes or finings were used. The chenin blanc is from our neighbouring farm, Remhoogte, and the block directly overlooks the river from the opposite bank to our colombard.
Tasting notes: Great tension and fruit concentration on the palate, yellow peach flavours with a fresh green finish. A very drinkable wine suited for any occasion. Pair with a fresh nectarine & haloumi salad, seafood spread or ice cold by itself.
