Tasting notes
A compelling nose of fynbos and honey with hints of almond husk, red apple and subtle lime notes. A full, broad entry on the palate with the acidity adding length and drawing aromas through from the hose with a captivating concentration of fruit (apple and lime) to the end. 

Pairs well with rich cheese or a creamy dessert offset by bitter orange and nutty flavours. 

Wine making process
Grapes were whole bunch pressed and the juice left to settle overnight. Naturally fermented in older French oak. The wine spent 12 months on its primary lees. No fining agents or enzymes were used. CERTIFIED ORGANIC.

'n Boeiende neus van fynbos en heuning met 'n suggestie van amandeldop, rooi appel en subtiele lemmetjie. 'n Vol, breë ingang op die palet met suur wat aromas deurvoer met 'n volgehoue konsentrasie van vrugtegeure (appel en lemmetjie) tot die einde. 

Geniet saam met ryk, geurige kase of 'n romerige nagereg opgevars met bitter lemoenskil of geroosterde neute. . 

Wynmaak

Heel trosse is gepars en die sap oornag laat lê. Natuurlik gegis in ouer Franse eikevate. Die wyn het 12 maande op die primêre moer gelê. Geen breimiddels of ensieme is gebruik nie. ORGANIES GESERTIFISEER.
