Vinification: Whole bunch pressed, settled naturally overnight and racked to old 225l French oak barrels the next morning. After natural fermentation, the wine was left on the lees until January 2019. Racked to a tank to settle and had a light filtration just before bottling at the end of January 2019.

Tasting notes: Compelling nose of rose petals, fresh orange peel and hints of apricot and macadamia nuts that follow through. The beautiful acidity and light hints of vanilla and macadamia from the oak allow for a harmonic expression of terroir and a satisfying, lengthy palate. Pair with a Thai curry or cheese platter with preserves.
