Returns are accepted for most products, provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Goods with expiration dates (such as food, beverages, or other perishable items) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Accommodation bookings on the farm are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged, except as required by law or in the case of extraordinary circumstances (such as government-mandated closures).
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before sending it back.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other information is error-free.
If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel your order and issue a refund.
