Delivery & Collection
We deliver anywhere in South Africa, and you can collect from the farm or our Prieska depot by arrangement. This page answers where, when, how much, and how.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. How your order travels depends on your address and on what you have bought.
- On-route addresses — most of the country’s main centres and the routes between them. Your delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout as soon as you enter your address.
- Off-route addresses — wine and dry goods are couriered to you as normal. For frozen items and bulk grain we quote you separately, because those need a maintained cold chain or a dedicated load.
You do not need to check a list. Enter your delivery address at checkout and the site will tell you immediately which applies.
What does delivery cost?
On main routes, covering Gauteng and surrounds, Cape Town and surrounds, N2 George to Qeberha:
- R300 per order is the standard rate.
- Free delivery on orders over R3 500 that contain no bulk grains (in other words, 12.5 kg or 25 kg packs).
- Free on orders over R5 000 made up entirely of frozen items and bulk grain.
- Bulk grain over 50 kg is charged at R6 per kilogram instead of the flat R300.
- Off-route frozen and bulk grain orders are quoted before you pay.
- There is no minimum order.
The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. For off-route shipping, we will quote you based on your address and order contents.
How often do you deliver?
Orders are dispatched weekly, provided the stock in your order is available. You can expect a 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) day lead time from order to delivery.
Can I collect instead?
Yes, by prior arrangement. You can collect from the farm gate or from our Prieska depot — choose the option at checkout.
