Lowerland Reds beef droëwors is a dry, spiced snacking wors made from our pastured beef cattle — moved daily to fresh veld and eating only grass, pasture, roughage and mineral licks, with no routine antibiotics, vaccines or hormones. Free from MSG and preservatives, with just a touch of sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Made and dried by chef Ryan Boon.

Beef, coriander, cloves, nutmeg, salt, sugar, vinegar (sulphites), Worcestershire sauce (sulphites, shellfish).

Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen; once defrosted, store in the refrigerator.
