Beef Goulash is cubed stewing beef from Lowerland Reds — our pastured beef cattle, moved daily to fresh veld and eating only grass, pasture, roughage and mineral licks, with no routine antibiotics, vaccines or hormones. A 500 g single pack, ideal for a slow-cooked goulash, stew or potjie.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
