The Gammon Box is a 4 kg bulk box of Lowerland Pampoenvark gammons — brined and cooked by chef Ryan Boon, ready to serve. Our Pampoenvark pigs are free-range, raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards with a certified-organic ration, living outside all year round. The box holds 3–4 whole cooked gammons.
How to serve
Ready-cooked — cut and serve cold, or warm through in the oven and serve with the sauce and sides of your choice. A festive-table favourite.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
