Beef Liver is a nutrient-dense offal cut from Lowerland Reds — our pastured beef cattle, moved daily to fresh veld and eating only grass, pasture, roughage and mineral licks, with no routine antibiotics, vaccines or hormones. A 1 kg pack — slice and pan-fry with onions, or use in pâté and nose-to-tail cooking.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
