A bulk box of Lowerland Reds beef shin / osso bucco — ten × 500 g portions (5 kg total) — from our pastured beef cattle, moved daily to fresh veld and eating only grass, pasture, roughage and mineral licks, with no routine antibiotics, vaccines or hormones. Bone-in shin with marrow — braise low and slow for meltingly tender osso bucco, stews and potjies.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
