Durum wheat flour (wheat, gluten), water.

How to cook it
Cook for 3–5 minutes in 5 litres of lightly salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and serve. About 120 g of dry pasta makes one full serving.

Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
