Lowerland raw honey — unheated and unfiltered, exactly as the bees made it, in a 360 g jar. Raw honey keeps all its natural enzymes, pollen and character and carries the flavour of our Bo-Karoo and Orange River forage. Being raw and unfiltered, it will crystallise over time — that’s a sign of the real thing.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. If it crystallises, stand the jar in warm (not hot) water to soften. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
