Lowerlander Boerewors is a proper farm boerewors made from our pastured beef and pork, specially developed for Lowerland by chef Ryan Boon. Sold frozen as a single 500 g roll — coarse-ground, well-spiced and made for the coals.

Beef, pork, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, spices, vinegar (sulphites).

How to cook it

Best on the braai over medium coals, or pan-fried or air-fried. Thaw slowly in the fridge and bring to room temperature before cooking.

Storage

Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen with a soaker pad — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
