The Pork Ribs Box is a 4 kg box of Lowerland Pampoenvark pork ribs. Our Pampoenvark pigs are free-range, raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards with a certified-organic ration, living outside all year round. Meaty ribs — slow-cook or oven-bake until tender, then finish over the coals with your favourite baste.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
