Tolbos Tannat 2024 is a single-vineyard red wine from Lowerland, our regenerative farm on the banks of the Orange River at Prieska in the Northern Cape. Made from Tannat grapes off our certified-organic vineyards, it is rich and grounded — earthy undertones, deep black fruit, hints of dust and dark clay, and the trademark black-tea flavour of the variety — carried by a firm but fine-grained tannin structure that gives the wine its backbone and a soft, dusty edge on the finish. 13.14% alcohol.

In the cellar
100% destemmed, with natural fermentation and minimal handling, then matured in older French oak for 10 months. Drink now or cellar for 3 to 10 years.
