Vaalkameel Colombard 2024 is a single-vineyard white from Lowerland, our regenerative farm on the banks of the Orange River at Prieska in the Northern Cape, grown in certified organic vineyards. A delicate waxy texture with a creamy edge from lees contact, crisp fresh acidity balancing generous concentrated fruit. Expect yellow fruit, lemon, peach, pomegranate, figs and caramelised apple, with floral notes of daisy and white rose, a beautiful minerality and a touch of salinity from the chalky soils of Lowerland. 13.46% alcohol.

Vinification
Lightly pressed and naturally fermented, then kept on the lees for 7 months in older French oak barrels. Drink now or cellar for 3 to 10 years.
