Witgat Viognier 2024 is a single-vineyard white from Lowerland, our regenerative farm on the banks of the Orange River at Prieska in the Northern Cape, grown on certified organic vineyards. Green mango and floral aromatics with ginger on the nose, then great concentration of fruit, weighty on the mid-palate, with lovely freshness, subtle apricot flavours and a lingering finish. 13.4% alcohol.

Vinification
Lightly pressed and naturally fermented, then kept on the lees for 7 months in older French oak barrels. Drink now or cellar for 3 to 5 years.
