Beef Strips are cut from Lowerland Reds — our pastured beef cattle, moved daily to fresh veld and eating only grass, pasture, roughage and mineral licks, with no routine antibiotics, vaccines or hormones. The taste of real beef, in a 500 g single pack. Great for a quick stir-fry, or coat and air-fry.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated. Thaw slowly in the fridge and bring to room temperature before cooking.
