Beef Tallow is pure rendered fat from Lowerland Reds — our pastured beef cattle, moved daily to fresh veld and eating only grass, pasture, roughage and mineral licks, with no routine antibiotics, vaccines or hormones. An 850 g tub of clean, stable cooking fat — excellent for high-heat frying, roasting potatoes and searing, or for traditional skincare.
Storage
Delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Store frozen or refrigerated; tallow keeps very well. Bring to room temperature to soften before use.
