The Captain Stew Box is a 5 kg bulk box of Lowerland Reds stewing beef — from our pastured beef cattle, moved daily to fresh veld and eating only grass, pasture, roughage and mineral licks, with no routine antibiotics, vaccines or hormones. A freezer-filler of honest, slow-cook cuts — perfect for stews, potjies, curries and bredies through the season.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
