Our Lowerland Pampoenvark pigs are free-range, raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards with a certified-organic ration, living outside all year round. A generous mixed selection of cuts to stock the freezer, from roasts and chops to belly and everyday favourites.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
