The Pork Shanks Stew Box is a 5 kg box of Lowerland Pampoenvark pork shanks — plain and unsmoked. Our Pampoenvark pigs are free-range, raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards with a certified-organic ration, living outside all year round. Rich, sinewy shanks that turn meltingly tender — braise low and slow for stews, potjies and ramen.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
