The Sausage Fest is a 5 kg combo box of Lowerland’s sausages — a variety of boerewors, beef wors and pork bangers (contents vary month to month, but the sum is always greater than its parts). Made from our pastured beef and free-range Pampoenvark pork.

How to cook it
Braai over medium coals, or pan-fry or air-fry. Thaw slowly in the fridge before cooking.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
