The Steakholder Box is a 5 kg box of Lowerland Reds steaks — from our pastured beef cattle, moved daily to fresh veld and eating only grass, pasture, roughage and mineral licks, with no routine antibiotics, vaccines or hormones. Choose your selection: Premium, Die Voorkwart (forequarter), Die Agterkwart (hindquarter), Hidden Gems, or Prime Rib Steaks — each a curated box of well-aged, real-beef steaks for the braai or pan.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
