Lowerland Pampoenvark pork bangers — only minced pork, salt and pepper, nothing else. Our Pampoenvark pigs are free-range and raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards, with feed supplemented from milling waste, Lowerland vegetables and a certified-organic ration; they live outside all year round. Pork, pork fat, salt, pepper.
How to cook it
Braai over medium coals, or pan-fry or air-fry until cooked through. Thaw slowly in the fridge and bring to room temperature before cooking.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
