How to cook it
Pan-fry, braai or air-fry until cooked through. Thaw slowly in the fridge and bring to room temperature before cooking.
Storage
Vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen — please recycle the packaging. Keeps 4 to 12 months frozen (below 0 °C). Once defrosted, use within 3 to 5 days and keep refrigerated.
