Yellow Maize is grown organically from non-GMO, non-treated seed on Lowerland, our regenerative farm at Prieska in the Northern Cape. The cropping is planned over seasons, using animals and crop rotations to prepare the fields. Single origin and certified organic by Ecocert (certificate ZA-BIO-154), it is available as whole kernels or stone-milled straight-run into Familiemeel maize meal.

Single origin from one farm, grown from non-GMO, non-treated seed with animal-and-crop rotations, then stone-milled in small batches.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Freezing extends shelf life.
